Villa Flora
Located within a marvellous green landscape overlooking the town of Castiglion Florentino, villa Flora dominates the entire valley. Next to the ancient and very characteristic “Bagno la Villa Sanctuary” it enjoys a truly privileged position in the most exclusive area of Castiglion Fiorentino. It has been completely restored following the traditional style of the Tuscan rural houses and it is fully equipped with modern comforts.
The guests can enjoy a splendid swimming pool with panoramic view over the Montecchio Castle, a spacious garden with olive trees, rustic wood – fired oven and barbecue, seating in the shade under the pergola around a stone table enjoying those special relaxing moments “al fresco”.
The Villa has two stairs: the large living room with sat TV and fireplace is on the ground floor, as is the fully equipped kitchen which gives onto the ample portico where to dine overlooking the swimming pool and entire valley. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) here. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with panoramic terrace and en-suite bathroom (shower), two twin bedrooms and another bathroom (bath tub).
The villa is located between Arezzo and Cortona, a strategic position to visit the most famous cities in the area: Florence, Perugia and Siena, as well as the characteristic hilltop villages for which the area is renowned. Not far from the villa is the dependence where the owner lives, always on hand to help out and give valuable advices.
