Luxury House located in the upper side of Marina Piccola under the Monte Solaro, on the island of Capri. This elegant house has one of the most enchanting views over the Marina Piccola bay and its world famous Faraglioni rocks.
Its terraced garden, full of lemon trees, bougainvillea and other typical Mediterranean flora is ideal to relax lying on a comfortable sun chairs away from the busy Capri downtown bustle or enjoying a wonderful coffee overlooking the clear blue sea.
From its extraordinary terraces it’s possible to enjoy this breathtaking panorama while sipping a cool aperitif before a wonderful al-fresco dinner.
The luxury villa is accessible on foot (after a beautiful walk from the "Piazzetta" of Capri) or by car (getting the pleasure the comfort of the distinguishing Capris’ taxi); walking up some steps it is possible to enter the calm private garden, feeling in paradise.
Accommodation:
The House is on one level and is a portion of a huge luxury Villa. The house is composed of three double bedrooms, two large bathroom with shower (of which one independent), a great living room, a well equipped kitchen, a garden with solarium, external shower and outside dining area.
There is also a single room with private bathroom for the housekeeper or babysitter.
The Villa can host from 2 to 7 people.
The house was just renovated in 2012 and has all the comfort you can need for your holiday in Capri
Distances:
The beaches (like the beautiful beach club “La Canzone del Mare”) and restaurants in Marina Piccola, are located within a short walk from the Villa (about a 10-minutes walk or 5-minutes drive). A supermarket is just 200 meters from the property while all the main facilities, such as banks, bars, shops, are located in Capri town about a 12-minutes walk or 5-minutes drive.
